Responsibilities

• Lead a 7–10 person housekeeping team across multiple properties.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and day-to-day performance.
• Coach, train, and correct staff; ensure schedules are followed.
• Maintain visibility over the operation and meet check-in deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Scheduling lead and report to the General Manager.
