Pursuit is seeking team members for full-time or part-time roles year-round starting September 2026. Join a hospitality group that delivers unforgettable experiences across lodges, attractions, and transportation.

You will clean guest rooms, sanitize public spaces, and support guest services while upholding high cleanliness standards. Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience and a strong eye for detail, with the ability to lead when needed and communicate clearly with teammates and guests.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required; leadership experience is an asset.
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to supporting both the team and guest experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bed making, bathrooms, and restocking toiletries and towels.
• Clean and sanitize public guest areas including bathrooms and lobby spaces in hotels, lodges, and cabins.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock common employee living spaces, bathrooms, and recreational areas.
• Stock linen and remove used linens, towels, and trash when required.
• Work occasional afternoon/evening shifts for public guest areas.
• Assist with amenity requests from guests.
• Be a versatile team member capable of multiple duties as needed.
• Work outdoors, use stairs, and push heavy loads and carts when necessary.
• Record safety and maintenance issues and communicate details to supervisor.
• Offer assistance to guests and teammates as needed.
