We are hiring immediately for temporary LEAD HOUSEKEEPER positions.

Location: Missouri Baptist Medical Center - 3015 North Ballas Road, St Louis, MO 63131. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Temporary; Monday through Friday, hours may vary. Rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: One year prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervision and Training: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met. Assists to provide optimum service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and documents attendance issues.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages call-offs and shift replacements.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignments.
• Assigns keys, radios, and beepers, maintaining security.
• Checks equipment and supplies, instructs staff on corrections.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and standards compliance.
• Assists staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Conducts staff training as needed.
• Maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
