The Maids is seeking a professional, energetic Team Leader Housekeeper to join our Boca Raton office. You will supervise a small team responsible for maintaining cleanliness of homes, offices, and showrooms.

You will train and guide team members, ensure adherence to The Maids’ 22-Step Healthy Touch Deep Cleaning System, and manage daily reporting, scheduling, and quality control. This role offers a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required and bilingual abilities are a plus.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a cleaning or service environment.
• 2–3 years of cleaning experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a 3 or 4-person team to clean homes, offices, and showrooms.
• Supervise daily work activities and training for quality and productivity.
• Delegate duties and monitor team member performance.
• Provide training to new and experienced team members as needed.
• Handle daily reporting including customer complaints, payments, timekeeping, and mileage.
• Report issues to management promptly (mechanical problems, delays, accidents).
• Participate in hiring and interviewing new employees.
