The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, housekeeping experience with leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in housekeeping and leadership roles is required.
• Ability to coach/direct housekeeping staff.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and complete tasks on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations and schedules.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff daily.
• Maintain cleaning of common areas and resident apartments.
• Assist with staff coverage for call-outs.
• Operate laundry equipment as needed.
• Maintain supplies and report needs to Maintenance Director.
• Ensure resident privacy and confidentiality.
