Western States Lodging and Managment is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at Legacy House of Bountiful. You will mentor staff, establish cleaning standards, and oversee daily priorities to ensure a pristine, resident-friendly environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and adherence to high sanitation levels, with opportunities for growth and competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive housekeeping experience, preferably in assisted living, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or residential environments.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train housekeeping team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a leader, mentor, and resource for housekeeping team members by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Establish and implement housekeeping procedures, cleaning protocols, and service standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping priorities based on resident needs and schedules.
• Inspect resident apartments, rooms, common areas, and spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; coordinate orders as needed.
