Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations while serving as a working team leader.

You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality across the community, train new staff, monitor performance, and manage supplies within budget.

• Perform housekeeping in resident suites, common areas, and offices
• Support laundry operations including sorting, washing, folding, and distribution
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality standards are upheld
• Assist with training and onboarding housekeeping team members
• Order and manage cleaning supplies within budget guidelines
• Ensure chemicals and equipment are stored safely
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols
• Support resident-centered service and respond to requests respectfully
