Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff in a New York community. You will clean resident suites, common areas, and offices, follow infection control standards, and help keep living spaces tidy and comfortable.

The role includes laundry duties, safe handling of chemicals, and ensuring privacy by knocking before entering rooms.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and surfaces
• Knock before entering resident rooms and respect privacy
• Collect trash and maintain clean disposal areas
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute community laundry
• Inspect linens for wear and follow replacement procedures
• Store chemicals safely and follow infection control standards
• Keep carts, equipment, and hallways clear and compliant
