Job summary

Aventura at Prospect is seeking a Lead Housekeeper for the 7am-3pm shift to oversee the housekeeping and laundry team under the Environmental Services Director. The role focuses on maintaining clean, sanitized areas while upholding resident rights and dignity.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, healthcare experience preferred, and the ability to lift 10-15 lb repeatedly while maneuvering carts and equipment safely. Excellent communication in English is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees, coordinates and participates in daily housekeeping and laundry activities under the Environmental Services Director.
• Adheres to environmental services policies, ensures areas are clean and sanitized in a timely manner.
• Follows infection control, sanitation and safety guidelines for equipment operation.
• Maintains resident dignity, kindness and respect by following resident rights policies.
