Lead Housekeeper, Full Time

We are seeking a reliable Lead Housekeeper to join our growing team.

This role is responsible for daily cleaning of laundry rooms, interior hallways, breezeways, common areas, and grounds. Additionally, the Lead Housekeeper will oversee other staff housekeepers, ensuring daily goals are met, standards are maintained, and daily duties are assisted with.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sweep, mop, and clean as necessary. Vacuum and/or steam clean carpets. Report additional repairs or cleaning needs as appropriate.
• Perform general cleaning of apartments and model units (countertops, cabinets, sinks, fixtures, windows, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, etc.), ensuring surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with no residue or soil.
• Clean and arrange furniture and trash receptacles in pool areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office and all amenity and common areas, including grounds, laundry rooms, walkways, streets, driveways, parking lots, entrances, foyers, breezeways, recreational areas, bathrooms, and trash dumpsters.

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous apartment cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
