We are hiring immediately for full-time LEAD HOUSEKEEPER positions.

Location: Inova Fair Oaks - 3600 Joseph Siewick Drive, Fairfax, VA 22033. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Must be able to work every other weekend/holiday. More details upon interview.

Requirements: Some leadership experience necessary. Willing to train.

Pay Range: $16.50 per hour to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet standards. Assists to ensure optimal service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides quality service with attention to detail.
2. Ensures staff report to work and clock in properly; documents lateness or absences.
3. Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
4. Documents call-offs and shift replacements.
5. Coordinates staff breaks.
6. Prepares and reviews assignment sheets, communicates changes.
7. Assigns keys, radios, beepers; maintains security records.
8. Checks equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical issues; instructs staff to correct deficiencies.
9. Inspects areas to meet cleaning standards.
10. Assists staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
11. Conducts staff training as needed.
12. Exhibits professionalism and contributes to team efforts.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
