We are hiring immediately for a full-time LEAD HOUSEKEEPER position.

Location: Delray Medical Center - 5352 Linton Boulevard, Delray Beach, FL 33484. Online applications accepted only.

Pay Rate: $16.75 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met. Assists to ensure excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provides quality service with attention to detail.
2. Ensures staff report to work and document attendance issues.
3. Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
4. Manages call-offs and shift replacements.
5. Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignments.
6. Assigns keys, radios, and beepers, maintaining security.
7. Checks equipment and supplies, instructs staff on corrections.
8. Inspects areas for cleanliness standards.
9. Assists staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
10. Conducts staff training.
11. Exhibits professionalism and contributes to the team.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
