An established industry player in senior living is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and provide exceptional service. This role involves cleaning public areas and residents' apartments, ensuring a welcoming environment for both residents and guests. You'll be responsible for scheduling assignments and managing inventory, while also interacting with residents in a friendly manner. Assists with cleaning public spaces including lobbies, halls, stairwells, activity rooms, dining rooms, elevators, etc., to present the community in a positive and impressive manner for residents and guests. Assists with cleaning residents' apartments on a weekly basis or as needed. Interacts with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance and directions as requested.
Checks public areas and resident apartments to ensure proper cleanliness of areas. Responsible for scheduling daily assignments. Monitors inventory and orders supplies as necessary. May also provide supervision to housekeepers.

Salary range: $15.50 - $17.73 per hour. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) program.
