This innovative firm is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to oversee a dedicated team of custodial staff, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of campus buildings. The Lead Housekeeper cleans and performs routine maintenance of campus buildings as well as leads a team of 12-20 housekeepers during afternoon and evening hours across multiple buildings. This is primarily a 2nd shift job, working afternoons, evenings, and weekends, and it is also responsible for participating in an on-call rotation.
The anticipated hourly wage is $20.50, with an additional $1.00 per hour shift differential (annualized to $44,720). The total compensation ranges between $60,250 and $74,042, depending on which medical and dental plans are selected.
