Shell Point Retirement Community in Florida is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Lead to oversee housekeeping operations across several buildings in Independent Living and Assisted Living. This working lead will perform cleaning as needed and participate in training and walk-throughs with residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has related experience, excellent communication and customer service skills, and basic computer skills to manage schedules and records.

Our Housekeeping Leads oversee several buildings in our community (both in Independent Living and Assisted Living) with regards to housekeeping duties and operations, and training.
