Job Responsibilities

• Conduct quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Provide guidance on safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage to the cleaning crew.
• Counsel crew members regarding tardiness, absenteeism, work performance, etc., using proper documentation procedures.
• Lead and participate in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor, as disciplinary authority is not granted to this position.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide leadership to ensure facility operations run according to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance.
• Supervise at an assigned location when the Manager is not present.
• Ensure the facility areas are clean and safe for all workers and customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
