Presbyterian Living's Lake Forest Place in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join a mission-driven community. The role leads housekeeping efforts, ensures schedules are completed, and supports a safe, clean environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Makes sure all housekeeping schedules are completed.
• Provides feedback to the Manager on departmental issues, resident/staff concerns, and employees’ performance.
• Performs day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned.
• Makes sure all setups and take-downs are completed.
• Responds to any calls for housekeeping requests or emergencies.
• Assures assigned work areas are maintained in a safe and clean manner. To train staff on cleaning procedures and safe chemical handling.
