Job summary

The Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Person to support Hyatt Place properties with general maintenance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

This role requires hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment, strong English communication, and flexibility to cover AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are needed as you help keep guest rooms and public areas in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Customer service experience preferred, ideally in a hotel.
• Must have flexible schedule for AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in guest suites, meeting spaces, and public areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on guest rooms and common areas.
• Repair mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment as needed.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
