Job summary

Premier is seeking a highly creative Senior Interior Designer to lead hospitality and multifamily interior projects from concept to installation. You will mentor design teams, manage client relationships, and ensure design quality across multiple brands and schedules.

You will collaborate with owners, brand representatives, architects, and purchasing teams to deliver thoughtful, on-brand spaces while maintaining budgets and schedules. This is an onsite with hybrid flexibility role in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• 8–10 years of professional interior design experience, with hospitality focus.
• 2 years of hospitality interior design experience required.
• NCIDQ certification preferred.
• Experience leading hospitality/multifamily projects from concept to installation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality and multifamily interior design projects through all design phases.
• Serve as primary design lead, ensuring design vision and quality.
• Oversee FF&E specs and material selections.
• Mentor Interior Designers and Junior staff.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and brand representatives.
• Develop project staffing, scheduling, and priorities.
• Participate in business development and client presentations.
