Description
Lead Operator will efficiently operate and train others on the hospital switchboard. The Lead Operator handles a multi‑position telephone switchboard, relays incoming and outgoing calls, performs miscellaneous telecommunications and clerical duties, monitors all hospital alarms, conducts code paging, and provides callers with patient information. The Lead Operator also serves as the Consumer Access Operator Supervisor in their absence and consistently delivers exceptional service to patients, guests, and colleagues. The estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 – $18.84 per hour, depending on experience.

- High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper.
Additional Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and computer skills with knowledge of office practice and use of standard office equipment.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks requiring immediate attention.
- Must be able to work in a high energy, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Associate Degree desired.
