Qualifications

• Proven ability to repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with heating, cooling, ventilation equipment and controls.
• Ability to lead on installations and remodeling projects.
• Strong general electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills.
• Experience training maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment including appliances and sterilizers.
• Maintain HVAC systems and calibrate controls.
• Lead teams on new installations and remodeling projects.
• Perform general electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Instruct and train Maintenance staff as assigned.
• Assist with operation and tuning of energy management systems.
• Travel to satellite facilities to perform duties and deliver/repair parts.
