Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3 years' experience in plumbing and HVAC is required.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training must be obtained prior to orientation.
• Must be available for on-call; weekend, day, and night shifts as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Mentors and leads maintenance staff; ensures quality work and safety compliance.
• Maintains preventive maintenance program and keeps maintenance logs.
