Job summary

Select Medical’s Critical Illness Recovery Hospital division seeks an Environmental Services Manager to lead cleaning operations and maintain high quality standards in the facility. You will supervise EVS staff, coordinate inspections, training, scheduling, and participate in interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions to sustain a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
• High School Degree or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years of work experience or equivalent required.
• Preferred qualifications that will make you successful:
• Five (5) years of experience preferred.
• Experience in a health care or hospital environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Making inspections of all assigned areas to make certain the highest standards of Quality Assurance Control are being met.
• Training of new and existing employees on new equipment, products and cleaning methods.
• Scheduling Environmental Services personnel.
• Participating in interviewing perspective candidates and making hiring decisions; focusing on maintaining a positive culture.
