Responsibilities

The Lead Cook will help oversee the food service operation under the supervision of the Food Service leadership. Ensures compliance with department regulations, and procedures in conformance with administrative policies and accredited agencies. Assists in developing standards for organization and supervision of food service. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications
  • Education and Training: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least one year of experience in preparing patient formulas and serving diet foods.
