TruBlue is hiring a Lead Home Service Technician to manage and complete a variety of home repair and maintenance tasks in Austell and surrounding areas. You will lead Tru-Pro technicians, uphold high standards of workmanship, and communicate clearly with clients on-site to ensure expectations are met.

Requires 10+ years in home repair or construction, strong leadership, and fluent English. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for this on-site role with a company

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing other technicians preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and toolset.
