TruBlue is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician to manage and perform high-quality home repairs across Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, and nearby areas. You will lead a team of Tru-Pro technicians, uphold high professional standards, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction on every project.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on experience, strong leadership, and fluent English, with a valid driver’s license and full toolset. A reliable workspace and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience mentoring other technicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to doing the job right and helping the team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
