Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician to oversee and perform high-quality home repairs across Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, New Cumberland, and surrounding areas. This role leads by example and sets a standard of excellence for TruBlue crews and customer care.

You’ll supervise a team of Tru-Pro technicians, coach staff, and ensure safety and consistency on every project. English fluency, a valid driver’s license, and a full toolset are essential as you deliver reliable,

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
Experience mentoring or managing other technicians is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
Fluent in English and legally allowed to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects.
Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru-Pro technicians.
Uphold TruBlue’s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care.
Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site.
Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project.
