TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a Lead Home Service Technician in Columbus, OH. The role involves leading a team of Tru-Pro technicians to complete high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, while upholding TruBlue’s standards of professionalism and customer care.

You will communicate clearly with customers, manage on-site expectations, and ensure safety and quality across projects, leveraging 10+ years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on home repair or construction experience.
• Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full toolset.
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
