Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction or handyman work.
• Strong skills in drywall repair and finishing including patching, taping, mudding, and sanding.
• Experience with door and trim installation, minor framing, and general carpentry.
• Light plumbing skills including fixtures, sinks, toilets, and minor repairs.
• Light electrical skills with fixtures, switches, and outlets.
