Qualifications

• Basic plumbing skills involving fixtures, sinks, toilets, and minor repairs.
• Basic electrical skills involving fixtures, switches, and outlets.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Comfortable using common tools and equipment.
