Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction or handyman work.
Strong drywall repair and finishing skills including patching, taping, mudding, and sanding.
Experience with door and trim installation, minor framing, and general carpentry.
Basic plumbing skills involving fixtures, sinks, toilets, and minor repairs.
Basic electrical skills involving fixtures, switches, and outlets.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
Comfortable using common tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
Lead and complete handyman and home repair projects from start to finish.
