Job summary

AdaptHealth, LLC is seeking a Lead, Medical Equipment Technician to ensure safe delivery and setup of home medical devices in customers' homes and care settings. The role requires advanced MET knowledge, field leadership, and adherence to HIPAA and safety standards.

You will educate customers, coordinate equipment installation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while supporting a patient-first care approach across service areas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years related experience in HME delivery preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Manages territory to reach service goals and deliver equipment including oxygen.
• Educates customers in proper use of respiratory and HME equipment in home settings.
• Completes patient visit reports following visits.
• Assists with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions.
• Promotes services and products to referral sources in the community.
• Leads special projects and mentors other team members.
