Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy department, coordinate patient services with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams, and ensure budgeting and security of drug products and supplies. You will supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and support the Operations Director in meeting financial goals.

The role requires an active pharmacist license and extensive experience in infusion/pharmacy operations to ensure safe, effective care for home infusion

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting OR 3 years of experience with knowledge of applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of the pharmacy department and schedules staff to meet patient needs.
• Manages purchasing, inventory, budgeting and equipment within department budgets.
• Supervises patient services coordination with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams.
