Qualifications

• RN license required; active licensure in practicing state.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience, with prior home care exposure.
• 2 years in management or supervisory roles in home health preferred.
• Knowledge of professional standards, Medicare COPs, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to ensure care aligns with professional standards and regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor patient care for high-quality outcomes and consistent service.
