Interim HealthCare is seeking an experienced RN to serve as Director of Nursing (DON) for our Home Health division in Tucson, AZ. You will lead clinical and paraprofessional teams, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive QAPI initiatives in a long-established local office.

The DON will partner with administration to implement process improvements, stay compliant with Medicare/Medicaid rules, and foster a culture of excellence with ongoing staff development and education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Arizona RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years medical management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Five (5) years of RN experience within the last seven (7) years, required.
• Current Home Health Care experience required.
• Current Health Care CPR certification.
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Card.
• Working knowledge of PDGM, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home care rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of OASIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff for care of patient and family unit.
• Develop and motivate the clinical and paraprofessional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality of patient care or client services and implement action plans.
• Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI).
• Understand trends in home care delivery and apply advancements.
• Collaborate with Administrator to develop training and processes for patient care improvements.
