Job summary

DRB Homes in Austin, TX seeks a Construction Project Manager/Superintendent to oversee residential builds from plans to delivery. You will coordinate 15-30 homes across multiple sites, manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while upholding safety and compliance standards.

You will train Superintendents, communicate with homeowners, and ensure timely inspections and reporting. A strong grasp of blueprints and customer service is required for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and fully comprehend construction blueprints, specifications and development plans.

• Performs reviews of subs and performance against plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction across multiple sites with 15-30 homes under development.
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Develop and communicate home construction schedules to subcontractors.
• Obtain all required inspections from governmental and local authorities.
• Provide training to Superintendents to develop career advancement.
• Develop accurate, timely settlement reporting and budget adherence.
• Lead pre-construction meetings with homeowners to review contracts and timelines.
• Attend weekly production meetings and participate in 90-day/annual superintendent reviews.
