Job summary

Century Communities seeks a Land Development Project Manager to lead HOA establishment, governance, and turnover from acquisition through community closeout. You will coordinate with HOA management companies, association boards, Legal, Land Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and external counsel and consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community association management, residential real estate development, land development, entitlement or permit processing, final platting, project management, or a closely related field.
• Experience coordinating with HOA management companies, governing documents, board administration, community turnover, and residential development teams preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Construction qualification is preferred when field responsibilities require regular construction-site access.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HOA establishment, governance, and compliance activities.
• Coordinate association board formation, developer-controlled board administration, board transitions, and final turnover to homeowner control in accordance with governing documents and applicable requirements.
• Oversee HOA financial administration and tracking, including budgets, funding needs, and assessments.
• Manage land development activities that relate to HOA readiness, including common-area and amenity coordination and turnover.
• Coordinate with Legal, Land Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and external partners to support HOA operations.
