Qualifications

• Ability to train, coach, and support team members in day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HIM operations and coordinate chart processing tasks.
• Monitor workflows, prioritize assignments, and manage backlogs.
• Provide training and guidance to HIM staff; serve as SME on daily workflows.
• Perform quality and productivity audits; report findings to management.
• Protect patient information; ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
