Job summary

The Wyoming Department of Transportation in Sundance seeks a Principal Engineer for its Construction Program to oversee highway construction and contract administration from design through project finalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• PE license required at time of hire; Wyoming PE within one year.
• 2-4 years of progressive engineering work experience at the Project Engineer level.
• Knowledge of highway geometrics, hydraulic design, soil engineering, and construction practices.
• Ability to communicate and provide direction to engineers and technicians.
