Qualifications
- Requires an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of hands-on experience with insulating and dielectric materials.
- Experience designing and interpreting electrical tests, developing or qualifying materials for integrated engineering systems.
- Experience leading milestone-driven R&D programs and communicating findings to multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary projects to develop, test, and qualify ceramic and dielectric materials for high-voltage fusion applications.
- Define requirements and conduct electrical characterization under combined environmental loads.
- Translate test results into engineering recommendations and provide subject-matter expertise across teams.
- Own projects from material selection through prototyping and production qualification.
