Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in PCBA electrical characterization, validation, or high-speed hardware engineering.
• Proven expertise validating high-speed interfaces such as PCIe and DDR memory.
• Advanced debug experience using high-speed lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end electrical characterization and validation for multilayer PCBAs.
• Drive root-cause analysis of electrical failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Execute signal integrity and power integrity characterization to ensure performance.
