Job summary

ReNEW Schools is seeking a Head Wrestling Coach to lead its wrestling program in Indianapolis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, athlete development, and ensuring academic monitoring for student-athletes throughout the year.

This role requires a strong background in Wrestling, coaching experience, and the ability to foster community relationships to promote the program. The coach will also manage tryouts and training schedules while upholding high standards of discipline and sportsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in high school coaching, preferably as a head coach.
• Familiarity with IHSAA and NFHS rules for Wrestling.
• Certifications in First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the wrestling program year-round.
• Develop relationships with feeder schools to increase participation.
• Conduct tryouts and maintain athlete records.
