Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Pelham, NY seeks a Technical Jewelry Manager to provide technical leadership across High Jewelry (HJ) and Fine Jewelry (FJ) production. Lead design and industrialization phases, ensuring aesthetic translation and top-quality execution while aligning with broader business needs.

The role partners with Directors to develop and produce HJ and FJ collections, manage technical documentation, and maintain ongoing process improvements and collaboration with operations and design teams.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in a High Jewelry environment.
• Bench experience in high-end jewelry manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess designs for technical feasibility and translation to production.
• Lead cross-functional teams to improve development processes.
• Define technical specs and manage industrialization.
• Monitor development activities to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Coordinate with setters, polishers, CAD, QC to ensure quality.
