Webb Construction is hiring a Foreman to support the execution of high-end, detail-driven residential projects in Los Angeles. You will lead daily field crews, ensure work is completed to plan, and collaborate with the Superintendent to maintain schedule and safety.

We expect 5+ years of residential construction experience, strong ability to read plans, and a commitment to quality and organization. This full-time role offers a competitive salary, bi-weekly pay, and opportunities for growth.

• Ability to read and interpret plans.

Responsibilities

• Leading daily field work alongside crews.
• Ensuring tasks are completed correctly and efficiently.
• Supporting the Superintendent in maintaining schedule and workflow.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and trades as directed.
• Identifying issues in the field and communicating them early.
• Upholding quality standards across all phases of work.
