Job summary

Bimstore is seeking a HHP Final Assembly Lead to support our production team. You will guide the team during your shift, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and with quality. The role includes assisting with assembling motors, fans, and other parts, and training new employees.

You will report issues to the Supervisor, maintain clean, safe areas, and be available to fill in for coworkers or the Supervisor as needed. 2+ years in Final Assembly and shift availability are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Final Assembly experience.
• Ability to work the assigned shift.
• Knowledge of parts and cooling packages used in the department.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions.
• Good math and measuring skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements / Requisitos Físicos
