Job summary

Paylocity in Mitchell, SD is seeking a Final Assembly Lead to support the production team. You will guide the shift, ensure work is performed safely, on time, and with high quality.

You’ll help assemble motors and parts, give clear instructions and paperwork to the team, check product quality, print labels, train new employees, and fill in for colleagues when needed. Must be able to stand, lift up to 20 lbs, and read blueprints.

We are looking for a HHP Final Assembly Lead to support our production team. In this role, you will help the Supervisor by guiding the team during your shift, making sure work is done safely, on time, and with good quality.

What You’ll Do / Lo que harás

Physical Requirements / Requisitos Físicos
