Job summary

Control Solutions Inc. (CSI) seeks an experienced Formulation Chemist to lead development efforts for herbicide, insecticide, and fungicide formulations across Professional Pest Control and Turf markets.

You will apply broad formulation knowledge, design experiments, and drive projects from concept to prototype. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global technical resources, you will ensure data quality, GLP adherence, and scalable manufacturing support, while mentoring junior staff

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry required, MS preferred.
• 7-10+ years’ experience in Formulation Lab.
• Knowledge of domestic, acceptable inerts for our uses and markets.
• Ability to write clear scientific reports and effectively communicate results and recommendations to team members and collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development program designed to meet business objectives (25+ projects annually).
• Maintains project timelines and effectively presents data on findings.
• Develops, evaluates and proposes formulation related research initiatives to drive value creation.
• Support manufacturing processes on new formulations for scale up and production.
