Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Heavy Truck Technician.
• 2+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and advanced engine electrical diagnostics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shop of junior and senior technicians.
• Perform triage, diagnostic and some heavy-truck repairs.
• Report to Service Manager on shop/technician status.
• Manage repair times and work order flow.
