Qualifications

• 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Ability to operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front-end loaders.
• Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to conduct equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Finger dexterity and motor coordination required most of the workday.
• Ability to occasionally handle objects weighing less than 30 pounds.
• Ability to work around dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, and similar elements.
• Willingness to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-Approved Alternative if required for business travel or federal property access

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers, scrapers, front-end loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain accurate equipment records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material-moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work at recycling facilities and waste disposal sites.
