Job summary

Keystone Construction & Earthwork seeks a Site Foreman to lead civil and site development operations from ground prep to completion. You will own crew performance, allocate equipment, and ensure on-time delivery on commercial projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating field crews, interpreting civil plans, maintaining safety and daily reports, and working with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience with prior team leadership.
• Experience in heavy civil construction, excavation, site grading, or utility installation.
• Ability to interpret civil blueprints, site plans, and elevation details.
• Valid driver's license with up to 10% travel for regional needs.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on field labor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and coordinate daily field crew activities to keep work safe and productive.
• Plan daily schedules, assign tasks, and allocate equipment to meet project timelines.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, civil plans, elevations, and structural specs.
• Monitor production rates, labor hours, materials, and equipment on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain thorough daily field reports, safety records, and project tracking documentation.
• Enforce job-site safety compliance and OSHA standards.
