Job summary

Keystone Construction & Earthwork seeks a Site Foreman to lead heavy civil and site development projects from ground prep through final completion in State College, PA, with up to 10% travel.

You will own crew performance, equipment allocation, and site execution while coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and subcontractors to hit schedules and ensure safety on commercial projects. Winter opportunities on Florida projects add varied experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience with prior team leadership responsibility.
• Experience in heavy civil construction, excavation, site grading, or utility installation.
• Ability to interpret civil blueprints and site plans.
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to perform hands-on field labor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to keep work safe and productive.
• Plan daily schedules and allocate equipment to meet timelines.
• Read civil blueprints, site plans, elevations, and specs.
• Monitor production, labor hours, materials, and equipment on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain daily field reports and safety records.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and PPE use.
• Winter opportunities on Florida projects may be available.
